Really I like it for the help with keeping bf down alil I like what it does for my skin, but most of all I like the recovery factor I get from it plus the great sleep, but u are right I tell people all the time if u don't have the money don't bother it deff helps with growth, if u ain't got the money ur much better off spending ur money of gear u will get more out of gear anyday of the week now with that being said the time when gh really shines and really is incredible is when u add it's big brother I won't mention it but u know what I'm talking about, I refuse to use it for a couple of reasons one idk if I wanna be the size of an open guy and I also would need much more studying and knowledge before it even remotely came into my head... But with those two that's when things really take off and shine expecially once u add food into it.... But u are right man gear will beat gh out anyday now the other good thing about gh is if u been using it for awhile okay and u wanna come off or come down to a legit yet level if u keep training hard and eating right ull keep alot of ur size, and if u use it for awhile it almost changes ur metabolism kinda allows u to stay lean, iv always loved it for the recovery.... But u are right press .... It's really just another lil perk an add on but if ur not doing all the other things eating good and training hard ur pissing in the wind ... But u will always get more out of good quailty gear then gh unless u bring in brother and know how to use it correctly
