Whats carrier oil for the products anybody?
Miglyol 812N - it's a pharma grade unique carrier
I thought pharmaceutical companies uses cottonseed oil?
Some pharma formulations use cottonseed, some grape seed, and some other vegetal oils.
When I referred to pharma grade it means that the carrier is USP grade, hence all the parameters like toxins and impurities, pyrogen etc are on the highest pharmaceutical standards.
By the way - the Miglyol is much more advanced oil for pharmaceutical preparations then the vegetal oils mentioned above, but the reason it's not used in the pharmaceutical steroids products is that there were developed and approved 40 and 50 years ago, when oils such the miglyol were not available. In order to change the carrier in anapproved formula you need to apply again the whole registration process, which is a long and expensive procedure.
It hurts me ... not sure why but prefer mct that is not myglyol .
Which Miglyol you've been using ? there are different types, and some individuals (based on my experience) have a sensitivity to Miglyol 840
anyhow I suggest you to trial our unique formulas and see for yourself
That’s the one . It gave terrible pip . I use organic coconut oil that was not processed with hexane and it works great. Nice and thin and no pip .
I can’t speak on the one you use . It may be great , usually pharma is much better .
