I recently placed an order this past Friday, order #4177 I paid with bitcoin and bitcoin had confirm my transaction went through and was completed but I never received email confirmation from you guys that my order had been processed or even paid for. My account on your website says that payment is still pending but again bitcoin is saying the money has been sent and was successfully delivered. I’ve bought gear for the past two years off-line but it’s my first time buying with you guys so I’m trying to make sure everything went smoothly.
