If you are doing over 3iu/day likely best to do upon waking and prior to 1st meal (I actually get up early take shot and go back to bed for min one hour) so that when you wake up you can than get to eat.
Second shot as per most research available on eroids and elsewhere is approximately 4-6hrs after before working out and ensuring 45-60mins after you ate last.
Your body natural pulses GH approximately every 4hrs and if you are taking larger doses pulsing in a similar fashion works great for most of us.
If you are taking 3iu or less upon waking an hour prior to your 1st meal is a great way to go.
