22 years of age.....im not your parent and I try not to over step the line on here with other members BUT your awfully young to be screwing with your health. How much training and health education experience do you have?
Been training hard and heavy for about 4 years now. Trained for different purposes all through high school when sports were involved. I’m a kinesiology major so I’ve had my fair share of nutrition related courses and I do plenty of research on cycle support and dosing when planning for a future cycle. Have ran one previous cycle and saw great gains with little to zero negative side effects
Wait about 3 years ( I would, but it’s your body)... u got ya whole life ahead of you... u start this right now your whole life is gone ... I started running at 25 and before then I got the maximum natural potential and seen great gains way before even thinking about running ... just eat eat n eat ... I went from 140 to 190 naturally... but it’s ya choice
