Just get you HCG and clomid in order you will 100% need both of these when you discontinue your cycle. Also, don't forget the basics like taking your vits., multi minerals, omega 3, milk thisle, NAC. Be smart about your shit.

HCG i would start 5 days before last injection of test and would take 1,000 i.u. daily for 10 days.(some people like to break it into 2 injections per wk at higher dose) both will work i like e.d. schedule. Then id start the clomid 100mg daily for first week then 50 mg daily for the rest of the time 2-3 weeks.
Correction. Not before hcg 5-10 days after last long ester inject 3-5 short.
With HCG it's better to start at a high dose and taper. Your last HCG injections should be very tiny.
5-10 days after your long ester injection. Yes higher if you go the taper down route like initial 3000 3 days later 2500, 3 days 2000, 3 days 1000 last injection 500. Then start the serm(s). I would not say better to do this way, I've had come back with the 1000 i.u a day for 10 days route too. Just what works best for the individual. I would say if coming off heavy shutdown cycle i'd start higher initial dose. 150 clomid 40 nolv. 2 weeks 100/20 2 weeks. 50mg clomid 2 weeks. 6 weeks of serms. For not so heavy cycle. Could less like 100/40 2 weeks 50/20 2 weeks probably all you will need. I dont pct much these days since ive been on trt for years. I utilize HCG and proviron with low dose test 100-200 mgs when im off
