Just curious to hear what everyones favorite muscle group to train is and what workout for that muscle is your favorite also i always like to hear workouts that i forgot about for certain muscle groups. Right now mine is chest my chest has never been super thick so i starting doing heavy dumbbell pullovers on a flat bench and those have really helped add some thickness to my chest.

You mention dumbell pullovers...I like to do skull crushers on the flat bench to failure then go right into pullovers without putting the bar down. Doing this first works triceps then works both chest and triceps which allows me to work my triceps longer than had I only done the skull crushers to failure. This is because the barbell pullover is recruiting more muscle groups than the barbell skull crushers thereby reducing the workload on the triceps while also keeping the triceps working.
I like to do barbell curls followed by bentover rows without putting the bar down too for the same reason.
With gyms closed I've been doing online workouts on pornhub. But its only working my right forearm....lol

I mostly like to train chest muscles, but my coach advised me to train all the necessary muscles to train..
Now that I am reading your post I should add some dumbell pullovers. I don't do that exercise a lot.
I think chest is my favorite too. I love to bench press and some incline dumbell presses. Probably because I am strong with these exercises. I also like arms because they need some extra work and I like the pump in these muscles. I really like cables for the triceps unilateral. Getting the most pump in them with those. For the biceps I prefer bayesian curls or spider dumbell curls. Combined with high reps gives an awesome isolation pump.
I train upper/lower split, 4 times a week now when i'm off. With 1 high rep day(11-15 or more) and 1 low rep day (6-11) per training.
Agonist/antagonist training so 1 set chest 1 set back and that with every muscle group. It works perfect for recovery in between sets.
Yeah bro as soon as i added dumbbell pullovers into my training my chest started to get thicker and also when i go back towards the ground with the dumbbell i dip my hips towards the ground a bit to really stretch out my chest and ribcage and than as i come back over with the dummbell above my head and chest i bring my hips back up parrallel with the ground when i started dropping my hips down towards the ground and really stretched my chest thats when i really noticed a huge change verses just doing db pullovers bro.

Lately 5 sets pull ups
5 sets tbar rows reverse grip
5 sets close grip lay pull down
5 sets straight arm cable push downs or pullovers.
Wide grip pull ups are a beast of a workout everyone that goes to a gym and usually forgets to do pull ups because of a variety of back machines But when you go back to body weight wide grip pull up they kick your ass hahahaha i forgot how great pull ups are.
TronI like to train delts... I have wide shoulders and big traps..I'm 6'1 and it makes me look bigger than what I am. One of my favorite delt routines is after I finish 4-5 sets of military presses.. I take 2 30ibs 2 20ibs and 2 10ibs dumbells and do three super set burnouts with high reps.. 30's to failure..no break..20's to failure..no break..10's to failure..those damn ten pounders are heavy on that last set..but the pump in my delts by the second set is outstanding.. great for shoulder width.. side laterals that is...I love when I can see the veins popping in my delts..I have one huge vein in my left bicep that runs into my left delt..when I do this exercise I look in the mirror and imagine having sex with myself and how great that must be... lucky women I tell ya... no homo...I think...

I do the same after military presses i love side lateral and front delt raises i dont do super sets just same amount as military but im going to give the super set a go. I bet the pump is insane after word, i wish i had huge round delts that would be great im just lacking rear if i brought up my rear delts my delts would be ok.that little tiny muscle is a bitch to get bigger.

Yes and side laterals just not super sets like your savage ass i need to work up to super sets of side laterals just normal sets of side laterals after military press or i will switch between both workouts one set press than one set side lateral raise but going to give super sets a go. And than look in the mirror.
TronI'm telling you... super sets is where the money is... Not literally speaking...like..you won't find currency in them..however, you will make GAINZ ... see what I did..? I put a Z at the end of the word "gains" ..I know that's not how you spell it but I did it on purpose to kind of make it cool......My life is sad..

I also wish i had huge round delts my rear delt lack a bit so they dont have that good round symmetry but workin day by day bro.
Heavy bent over barbell rows really help also with that capped look sneaker, good for traps too.
Thank you brother!! Its so crazy how many different workouts there are for each muscle group plus how you run your sets also. LATS are what i really want to get bigger its crazy how some pro’s will pose a rear lat spread and its looks like there about to take off in flight lookin like a set of damn jet wings opening up. Insane how big some guys lats are.
The single best exercise for overall lat size & thickness, traps & Bi's together are barbell rows. Sure they are exhausting as F*** and can make you feel ill afterwards for a few minutes but they are more than worth the extra ball busting effort for the results you get from them. Much better than dumbell rows too as you hit your lower back and glutes also from having to hold the barbell in position. Deadlifts are awesome which I am a massive fan of but they don't 'work' the lats that well as you aren't rowing the weight, they just lock the weight against your body.
Yes i agree with you on this barbell rows work great get that feeling of nausea sometimes when you get done and let go of the bar and then it slowly goes away hahaha.i remember your posts talking about deadlifts awhile back they are great for back and wide grip pullups also. Been doing alot of sets of squats lately trying to get the legs thicker and been damn near touching my ass to the ground its crazy how great squats are for legs,lunges really burn and pump up my legs while i do them but for thickness i cant go wrong with squats.

Been doing more bent over lateral raises on shoulder day really been trying to get the delt to round out and have that full round look instead of round full front but a flat rear.thanks for the delt tips bro.
Molinin302I really want to say arms, and I like the look when they're pumped as much as anyone else. But there's something special about legs man. Even though I have bad knees, there's something about the swell in the thighs that just feels right.
Nice, legs and chest are the two ive been working on lately i wish i had huge tree trunk size legs and could just wear base layer leggings without shorts over them and feel good haha but my legs are way to small for that right now.

I suffer from ridiculous high arches, to the point of seeing a podiatrist, etc. Best pair I e ever owned were new balances, but I'm seeing sketchers has these arch support ones out now. Thoughts? Always been a sketchers fan btw.
Oh man to be honest when it comes to sneakers every brand and every different pair will fit differently all my jordan retros each one fits differently and my nikes air max’s fit differently from a air max 90 to a air max 1 i would say this is my thought i would get a pair that you love how they look like your favorite pair and i would get personal inserts made to fit the contour of your foot so the shoe doesnt matter but the insole is what makes one have pain or no pain because of there shoes so i would get insoles made to your body so your shoe looks good but feels great for you.
