Right on, I remember several years ago a source was exposed using customers addy's as returns.... Someone got a box of free gear unexpectedly and was very unhappy how it got there.
Honestly man I've never had this happen so I did not know how the process would be it was not seized just was not delivered this time.

Also....if you have a steady postal person it probably is far worse using an alias than just using your name and having it all blend in with all of your other mail. The wrong name will stick out to them easily.

You are asking him to take a loss because you used an alias however. The postal service is who made the decision to return it. It’s tempting to use an alias but there is risk to using one such as what happened here or else at the payment places you risk losing your money and not being able to have it returned as well.
And no I was not asking that he take a loss on the complete order I was just looking for help on what to do if anything could and if he could do anything that's all not looking for freebies or trying to swindle people.
I sent his package to the address and name he gave. And it got returned to sender because of the information he gave us. And he approached it like I'm trying to screw him. All I'm required to do is ship your package to the exact name and location given.
And I have screen shots of the shipping website saying why his package was returned to sender.

Pack landed less than 7 days after order and then 4 days after payment. Couldn’t ask for easier payment method and ease of ordering. Order was packaged very professionally and secure. Just pinned the Test E - 300 mg. All oils look clean and clear. Can’t wait to come back and give a full review!
