yes it was updateing maybe with one day delay but there was always update.... i ordered during the chinese new year so it was shiped after that

John, I really don't want to bother you at all and I do understand that the problems here aren't caused by you - however, I have received all other e-mails by you but no answer to my latest one - that e-mail was sent on Tuesday. Thus, there's no problem with my e-mail client/provider. Maybe my last e-mail wasn't read - and that's okay. I just kindly asked about an update with regards to EU shippings - now you've provided an update and I sincerely thank you!

Oh well, so apparently no one knows when EU customers may receive their orders. I was already tempted to place a large-ish HGH order; now however, I probably should hold back until the situation clears.

Certainly, that however doesn't explain why USA and UK shipments have restarted, while EU shipments haven't and why John doesn't update on the EU shipping situation either - he explicitly asked me on here to shoot him an e-mail. I have done so and received no reply. I really (!) don't blame him about the virus situation in China (how could I?); I'm just a bit disappointed about his recent information policy.
