My right rotator cuff is degenerative also-torn. They wont fuck with it and operate till it's completely torn. I cannot do any military or Arnold's either til it's fixed. Hurts like hell at times. Got to stretch it from many different positions. I know how you feel. Let me know how this stuff does for you or tell me how it's already worked for you in the past. I may invest
