I’ve only been using 2iu a day for a couple weeks but definitely no drop off in quality from what I was using. If anything I’m sleeping better. Hair and nails growing like crazy but I can’t tell if it’s an uptick from my last source or not.
You can tell it’s good quality tho. Feels clean.
