I still struggle with the terms, Accept and Except. I understand the word Except I see as One or the other while Accept is to take, to have. I do have an undergrad degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, earned a C average in English and writing courswork (was best at mathematics,generally in Algebra). Its been 14 years. I’ve done 4 - 8 IU of Johns stuff which is really supposed to be overdosed at a ratio of 1IU=1.245IU.
Well at 8IU for about 2 kits or a month no matter what I ate or if I trained or not I seemed to be losing fat and putting on muscle or the appearance of putting on muscle by being pumped all the time. I’d get a pump from brushing my teeth or even showering I’d have to take a break to breathe Lmfaoo
