Are we doing another transformation challenge. Not doing a show this year so i missed out on it. Hoping for another one in 2020 since I’ll be dieting down anyways

I know me to. I took the year off to bulk and add some new muscle. I was very close to just saying f it and cutting lol

I’m down for it. I’ve been getting fat eating donuts and pizza plus beer. Still repping the 150lb dumbbells and squating a Mac truck.
There has not been any discussion at this point. As usual there was a lot of drama surrounding this last EBC and Carlos has been MIA since. When he decides it is time we will do what it takes.
Show me a BB or Physique show or beauty pageant for that matter that doesn’t have drama surrounding the results. Sure the occasional standout winner comes along every once in a while but ranking top ten? Impossible to do without disagreements. We’re all (hopefully) adults here.

I agree. Bodybuilding is all opinion really.
Screw the money a lot of folks made huge improvements.
You can’t put a price on your goals.
A great physique can’t be bought.
Everyone improved tremendously.
