+ 2 Been on trt for a year and a half and now me and the wife want another kid
ad
I am on 200mg test cypionate a week and discussed the possibility of me and my wife having another kid with my doctor...the doctor said I would need to slowly taper off the test and stay off it for 3 to 6 months so my body can start producing on its own... no mention of hcg clomid or anything..I feel like none of the doctors I'm my area know anything about trt...they just want to put you on test and that's it..pretty frustrating but anyways I dont want to come off of it I would like to continue running my test and maybe add some hcg to see if it will work...any input would be much appreciated

I dont know where you are getting your information from, but you can have kids right at this very moment. It just takes a few more tries with TRT.
To speed things up, just pin HCG and take some clomid. You dont need to come off dude. I made my wife pregnant in 3 months and i've been on BnC for 6 years
So you were 19 years old when you began using AAS?? You state "been on BnC for 6 years"?? Are you kidding me...
You should not be giving anyone advice...Your history of AAS use is a dangerous example to new members that come here for advice!
Good catch, butI wouldn't waste your time responding to this guy. He is definitely a troll and probably posting fake stats
If I was trying to do that I would do the "Dave Palumbo" protocol:
https://youtu.be/673Z-pIXD4k
*stop TRT
*use pharma grade products below
*75iu HMG EOD until pregnancy occurs
*2000iu HCG EOD until pregnancy occurs
*50mg Clomid 2 x a day until pregnancy occurs
Rustyhookerok...so have yall been lucky? Not lucky...but LUCKY?
Not yet..kinda put that on hold since all the Corona bullshit
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4854084/. I know this is an older post but this article is very informative about fertility and TRT. It gives treatment doses and recovery percentages Along with explaining the science behind it.
That's a good article. +1
I think you must off test. Child must be your most important thing of this period. Clomid, hcg, hmg... And be ready for 6 month and more.
Wish you and your wife a beautiful baby!!!!
Thanks bro

Great addition bro thanks!
Thanks for posting this.
The wife and I have been trying and I’m on cycle, running 250iu hCG daily. This gives me hope it’s working (besides my balls staying full) and we may have some luck.
I’ll still like to get my own test done at some point in the next month or two to confirm, but this gives me some confidence.
Really good post bro.
You’re likely going to need more than 250iu HCG per week bro. Go and do the semen analysis first though and get a baseline. Then make some decisions - come off altogether and run a fertility focused reboot or try the higher dose HCG (with or without HMG).
250iu per day, not per week. 1750iu/wk
But yeah I hear ya. I’ll definitely be getting some sperm analysis done sometime January. If I need to come off and do a focused reboot and go the IVF route then jump back on ASAP. Hoping to avoid coming off completely.
Ah gotcha. My bad. That may do it. My dose was basically double that. No need to shoot the HCG daily it’s got a pretty long half and effective life. Twice weekly should do nicely. Good luck and keep us posted.
Thanks, belly is starting to feel like a pincushion lol.
Will be sure to post an update
Very, very interesting!
Most of the guys on here stay on trt dosed test mate.
Hcg
Nolva
Clomid
Usually a natural otc product is added, there are good ones available if you research.
Think one called fertilaid or similar was the popular one.
Pretty sure hcg is aggressive and high.
Nolva and clomid vary but usually 8 weeks was enough.
Think some guys used small amounts of aromasin at certain times aswell because the higher dose of hcg caused e2 to rise.
They are the drugs you need.
The dosing and duration are unique to the individual.
An example would be-
Hcg @ 500iu every 2nd day for 6 weeks.
Clomid- 100-100-100-50-50-50-50-50 8 weeks.
Nolva- 60-60-40-40-40-40-40-40 8 weeks.
Aromasin 6.25mg daily from end of week 6 untill one week after nolva and clomid finish.
Thats just example on how they do it.
Ive seen higher and lower dosing.
Its up too you based on your bloodwork.
Some guys had to rinse and repeat but most were good to go.
Good luck
Its not a reboot pct its for conceiving a child.
Thanks for the info too. Lol
Thanks bro good info..Since it is not a reboot pct would I stay on my trt regimen ? And have you personally had success with this particular protocol..just curious
Hello mate, not me personally no.
A former source and a bunch of us were experimenting with re boot, fertility and gyno protocols.
That former source and 3 of the guys all had babies from that protocol and they stayed on trt.
Some of the guys were obviously shutdown and had no luck producing natural test and i beleive it was a time thing.
jayiskDont you think it would be a good idea to have your sperm tested first?
Yes it would
Both of my children were conceived while I was on cycle.
Didn’t take long either.
Don’t worry about it just hit it daily.
When the kid comes she woulnt be in the mood.
You guys worry about shit to much...
Stress is probably worse than the steroids.
I had my baby boy on cycle. That was my first post here. I thought when we did steroids that we were completely sterile. I came on asking if it was possible. Half the guys here had kids on cycle. He’s six months old now.
My children were conceived on cycle too.
Alphamale500First of all, are you seeing an endocrinologist? That's who you should be talking to about this situation, not your regular Primary Care Physician or Family Physician. That's probably why there wasn't any talk of HCG, Clomid etc. And that's because most PCP's, or regular doctors who aren't an endocrinologist don't know much, if anything at all about endocrinology and the meds used in that field. That's why most regular doctors will just put you on test, but will not put you on an aromatase inhibitor, SERM's etc.
What your doctor said about coming off of your test may actually be necessary to have your best chances of conceiving a child. As you've mentioned, incorporating some Clomid, HCG, HMG etc. may also be very helpful by stimulating sperm production again. This is why you really need to speak with a good endocrinologist and see what's best for you and your particular situation. If you're serious in wanting a child, seeing an endocrinologist would be your smartest move.
Why listen to this one or that one telling you to take this much of this or that? This is about your future child. Do this the right way and speak to an endocrinologist. Anyway, good luck with this bro!
No I havent seen one yet..I have only found a couple in my area ..i will try to find some reviews on them to see which one would be the best to see..i appreciate the solid advice bro! Thanks
Alphamale500No problem bro. Just trying to help.
Bang'emMe and my BM were able to concieve when I was on cycle , so it is deff possible.
Alphamale500Well that's precisely why there's been no talk of HCG, and/or Clomid etc. You need to find a good endocrinologist. Your regular doctor isn't going to know much if anything about the best meds and protocols to use in this situation. It's way out of his/her league.
There is a horomone clinic about an hour away from me that is supposed to be really good. You only really have to go one time in person for your initial consultation...you can do all your lab work where you live and have it sent to them..they send all meds and supplies to you in the mail and follow up calls on lab work...I talked to them and told them about my situation and they said there were numerous things they can do to increase sperm count and motility such as hcg ect. The only bad thing is they dont take insurance it is out of pocket..they said depending on meds it ranges from 149 - 249 a month and this includes meds ,supplies, labs , and visits...I am debating whether to give them a try or not that is why I have kinda been at a stand still with everything
Alphamale500Yeah, HCG can be very expensive when you get it from a pharmacy. Well, where I live anyhow. Here, it can cost about $350 for a 1 month supply! Basically everything to do with seeing an endocrinologist including visits, medications, bloodwork etc. can all be very expensive.
When I was using HCG under the care of my endo, I was actually getting it from a well known website which sold HCG from India. So much cheaper than pharmacy HCG here. I was able to tell it was obviously legit HCG because of my bloodwork. And my endo would advise me what dosage to take, take bloodwork etc. You know, with just 225iu of HCG M-W-F, my total test level came up to the mid 800's at the time.
You said total test came up to mid 800's ..what was it before you started hcg and where you on trt?...also did the hcg elevate your e2 any?
Alphamale500No, at that point I had come to see the endocrinologist after a long break(multiple yrs) from everything, because of some serious addiction problems I was having in my life. So I came to my endo with a very low total test level of around 140, 150. And just from HCG alone @225iu M-W-F, my total test levels came up to the mid 800's! But I eventually moved on to trt. Should've stayed on the HCG by itself really, lol! And no, I don't recall the HCG having any significant effect on my e2 levels.
So yeah, monotherapy with HCG can be very effective. And the best part is, you don't have to deal with any of the negative effects on sperm production etc. of exogenous testosterone while trying to conceive a child. But it all really depends on which form of hypogonadism you have. But your endocrinologist will walk you through all of that bro, so not to worry.
Btw, monotherapy with Clomid can be just as effective for some ppl. Again, it really all depends on which type of hypogonadism you have. Or maybe a mixture of both, Clomid and HCG. But that's why you really need a good endocrinologist to talk this over with and see which options are best for you.
And my bad bro, I didn't see this message until just now. Good luck with everything bro. +
Thanks bro! You have been really helpful..I appreciate it
Alphamale500No problem bro! Good luck!
TronEven to this day.. doctors are so fuckin' uneducated when it comes to trt, cycling, pct, etc... my 76 (at the time) year old dad got tested once..showed his body produced very little Testosterone on its own..the dumb ass doctor prescribed him ONE CC (200MG) of Testosterone CYPIONATE...once...a...fucking........MONTH...I talked some sense into my dad and got him a bunch of Testosterone and put him on 125mg every 7 days..as the months past he felt so much better he would thank me all the time..I miss my dad...but because of the knowledge I gained from eroids I was able to help him feel youthful for the last few years of his life...
Bang'emone cc once a month, that doctor needs to do his homework. Thats awesome how you were able to help your Dad.
You are right about that...sorry to hear about the loss of your dad bro..at leat he was able to feel youthful and enjoy his last couple of years thanks to you... #respect
HCG and HMG might work. But you might need to get off the test.
How much hcg would you run
Dobermann.
Have you had your sperm count tested? If you really don't want to come off of the test you could try running a course of hcg for a few months and then get re-tested to see if your count is back in baby making range. If your not there by that point I would advise seeing an endo specialist and not just a GP. You may have to come off the test, but it doesn't hurt to see if you can get some swimmers going while on a TRT dose with hcg.
No I havent..i plan on getting it checked soon..it never took us this long before with my other kids and the only thing that has really changed is I'm on trt....i honestly think it's from having my natural test shutdown do to trt..so i was looking to try adding some hcg for a couple months to see if that does the trick but really not sure in what dosage to do
She may want to get checked as well. As women age it becomes more difficult, while men typically can procreate till much later in life.
Ok..I've been doing a little research and I seen where some people said they stayed on test and ran hcg and was able to get there girl pregnant..
So did you run the hcg as part of your pct?of after?
How much was your dosage of hcg and did you split it up like twice a week?
My first daughter was born while I was taking testosterone.
Have you been trying unsuccessfully?
Have you/her gone to a fertility clinic to test egg/sperm count/mobility?
No we havent yet and we have been trying for about 6 months with no luck yet
