You damage those discs and they start pushing on nerves and it causes issues through out the body. I have a herniated c6/c7. I was doing a low carb, almost keto like diet for most of the summer....when I say water weight it's not like I'm moon faced or anything. I can still see my abs and obliques. Out of the 8lbs, I'd say 3-4 is water

Was with my previous source for over 2 years and my main go to was 800mg Tren-E a week, switched to NoExcuses last month and tried that same dose. Now on week 3 and I can barely take it anymore.
