Personal ? For the EXPERIENCE ppl. I have gotten gyno when i was younger and stupid and before who.got it know its terrible so ? For the knowledged fellas if this cycle im running test deca and dbol for 4 weeks how much femera should i b taking defiantly at the beginning i have heard .5mg every other day or 1 mg every 3 days 2mgs a week.any advice would help bc i need too much novadex for a cycle like This and i have armidex n clomid for afterwards.

Its very difficult to dial in ai bro without some trial and error...I run amounts of gear on a heavy cycle that would put a bull down...yet i can run 1ml of adex 2x week and my estro ends up perfect...On heavy tren cycles i use a tiny bit of letro and it works for me(thank god....shit is dangerous!) My point is try and dial yourself in...we are all different..Good luck my brother!

John can I please suggest you add some coloring to your orals in the near future? A simple mistake packing and I could be popping 3mg arimidex ED or I dont know what. Regardless, dianabol and arimidex work like a charm.

it's not a good idea, I'd have done it for some time, some cause gastric pain and over time can cause stomach cancer!

to get a nice color, you must add a lot of colour powder, even if for food use, it hurts! trust me
