it's not a good idea, I'd have done it for some time, some cause gastric pain and over time can cause stomach cancer!

to get a nice color, you must add a lot of colour powder, even if for food use, it hurts! trust me

You ain't never lied 'bout them streets, LOL!!! Let's just say that GOD IS GOOD!!! People say the DUMBEST things to me practically every day, but I've learned to either ignore them or just laugh, unless they get too close. Then that's another story. The work I do requires me to carry a firearm, so I have learned to be more patient.

I personally thought the hgh red top was great. I had better results with it than with blues. Although I know this can be due to multiple factors. If the gold top is quality and at such a good price.... Then fire!
