I tore my tricep tendon and just had re attachment surgery Monday. SustaNAN 2 ml/ week is my recovery dosage as i still plan to train legs, and my right side, and more legs! Low dose nandrolones is old school technique for tendon/muscle injury and i have great hopes of making full recovery over time. Goal right now is to stay in shape and retain as much muscle i can.

Overhead dumbbell press. Warmed up, was pn second work set and it snapped like a rubberband
Bloody hell - you'd expect it to be more like a french press or extension that it would go on! Did it move up your arm when it happened like when you do a bicep? I tore my left bicep on dumbell rows at christmas time just as I was putting it back down.
Damn brother, rest up that arm and recover. You've got muscle memory on your side. I broke my leg and popped the big ligament on the inside of my ankle once. I kept training everything but that leg....then I looked like a peg leg pirate when they cut the cast off lol it regenerated very fast though. Those physical therapists were shocked at how quickly I was able to get back my full range of motion and balance out. Hang in there!

Hate hear that, partially tore bicep tendon over year ago in car wreck, doc wouldn’t do surgery where wasn’t full tear, went to orthopedic massage therapist for 6 months and got it looking best I prob ever will! I highly recommend u find orthopedic massage therapist in your area and have them work with and release the tendons and tricep back to it’s best original shape! Good luck

My experience has been the same in terms fast delivery. I've tried just about everything on their menu and everything has worked great. I've tried other suppliers who've delivered decent results, but nothing as good as what I experience from RP4U.
