I ordered Kamagra for 100 €.
These did not come through the customs authorities in Germany, because they come from Singapore. Had I known beforehand that the goods would be shipped outside of Europe I would never have ordered. There is no 100% success!
The support is incredible, it will not answer my questions.
The customs office sends the goods back, but I never see my money again!
I will never order here again.

-1I'm confident that the folks at Steroidify are trying to do a good job and they have been good about communicating with me regarding my first order. However the facts are that I ordered back on August 22, paid them August 25 and never received the shipment. The tracking info clearly shows it was snatched in Chicago on September 10 but I'm told the the carrier will not authorize a reship until it's stuck for 30 days or if they get a seizure letter. The carrier? So I guess the carrier they use is covering the re-ship? Sounds odd but I'm ok with it.
Here's the issue I am not ok with:
The customer service dude at Steroidify is claiming this order as a successful shipment because it "arrived" in the US in 6 days, here's the quote:
"As you can see from the tracking number the transit time to the US has been 6 days, until it hit the customs..."
That is not accurate. After they received payment, it took them 6 days to get the order out, plus the 6 days to move the package to the US. That's pretty sketchy.
Somehow Steroidify is ok saying that they can deliver in 6 days but cannot do anything about Customs. That's lame and they should be called out on it. Is it really so wrong to have a supplier of these kind of products just present the hard facts of delivery times? If it's going to take 20 to 40 days for the products to land on your doorstep - Ok, no problem. I would have ordered it from them anyway.
I will not be buying from these folks again and have already repurchased the same item from OSgear last week and we'll see which order lands here first. Sorry to sound like a nag but this is the truth. Thanks for reading.

My first order disappeared during the shipping process and they’ve agreed to send another. They went through CENSORED post and my package “information has been received” without any package yet being dropped off at the CENSORED, according to tracking. I’ve messaged them twice through their website and once through here, and haven’t gotten a reply. I hope this post helps alleviate this predicament.

I placed an order August 28th from this site based on reviews here and went to check on the status today only to find that my order has been CANCELLED without reason or explanation! The 3 confirmation emails from Steroidify were sent to me saying they were awating my bitcoin payment. I promtly made the Bitcoin payments, which liquidated my funds from my bitcoin account right away as if the order was placed which cleared all the funds from my bitcoin account and I expected the shipment to be sent but the order was never received. I searched for tracking in my email to find that 3 days after the payment was made all 3 orders were CANCELLED by the Steroidify company! I sent the company messages as there appears to be no customer service number, but I am yet to receive a response. I will delete and replace or update this review with updates and response from the company with details in response time when/if I receive a response, hopefully within a timely fashion!!! I was really looking forward to working with this company and hope the problem can be remedied in a timely manner and compensated for! I will leave a very thorough review and update on this forum and others as this progresses forward.
