Looking swole brother! DP has some super strong Clen if you're into that sort of thing. The Salbutamol is a great choice too. Fasted cardio with a regiment of either of those bronchodilators will get you ripped quick. Stay at it!

Since my daughter has been born ive been working out old school jail style. Push up bars and pull up bar in my doorway. Dumbells for shrugs and leg lunges and squats only. Havent hit a bench and bar in 2 years unfortunately

We are on the same page bro, I hit my garden work outs as much as I can while my kids are awake so I can play with them while I exercise. Pull ups, dips, squats and bag work in the garden and gym as much as I can 3/4 times a week while they sleep.
