No pip at all today. I hit chest and did some weighted dips, heavy barbell and heavy hammer press with no discomfort or weakness from the pinned delt. At the end of the workout I did reverse flyes for posterior delts (hitting those 3 x week) too and nothing then and nothing now. If I were gonna get pip it would be in the delts, especially a whole ml.
Pinned 100mg this morning at 4:00am, walked in the gym at 4:45 starting to feel the effects and ready to kill it. Lifted hard and heavy and started every set like it was my first. I recently made a nice leap up on overhead press and had been getting only 2 sets at that new higher weight at 6-8 reps then doing a couple drops to keep my rep range at 10-12 and do slow negatives on my last two sets, but I went from 6-8 reps last time to 10 reps first set and 8 on the next two, and 7 on the fourth before dropping for the last two sets for slow negs so I ended up doing my slow neg sets at a higher weight than previously so got a nice bump up. Rest of the workout was the same, handled a little more weight for more reps and intensity seemed to increase the harder I went.
His TNE is thin and smooth, and compared to others I've ran the smell isn't half as bad. I pinned my delt, no pain or discomfort pinning, and looking like pip free since I pinned at 4:00am and it's like it didn't even happen. Guess I'll know for sure tomorrow but there's no knot or tenderness when I press on it.
I'd say his TNE is as good if not better than any other I've tried. Money well spent imo.
