Did you get a new bitcoin address from 24 before you paid? They pretty much never use the same address I've noticed, but maybe that is normal. You'll get taken care of. Just be patient. 24 is a man of his word.
Finally got a reply. They have sent me tracking now. I sent my payment to the bitcoin address within 5 minutes of them sending it to me. I’m not sure what the trouble was. I had even contacted bitcoin to get a transaction Id for 24. Seems all good now

I never like to do this, but I don't know what other actions to take. After two successful orders with 24, I recently placed my 3rd. I ordered from their US Domestic line and the eta says 4-6 days. It has now been 8 days. When I emailed them last week on Thursday, I asked them to confirm that they received my payment and to please update me with a tracking number when shipped. 5 days later, they finally responded that they received it and they would update me with a tracking number soon. It has been 48 hours since that email was sent and 8 days since I made payment, and I have not been given a tracking number or verification of shipment.
As of right now, I recommend holding off on placing orders with 24 until they get their business sorted and start sending out orders again. I sent them an email informing them that I would be letting other members on eroids know about my dissatisfaction. When they make this right or refund my money, I will update this post. I've not even been given a reason as to why they haven't shipped yet.
