Pounds23I use to fucking hate legs well it was more when I was like 16 and I was just really getting into the gym and it was the first week and like a dick head I blasted my legs squats five sets leg press supersetted with leg extensions then front squats cause I didn't like the hax squat at my gym then went into hamstrings warmed up with standing curls then seated then laying finished with lunges my legs were swollen as fuck so sore I walked like I had a carrot up my ass and my nervous system was.so taxed that my legs would shake and give out just walking up or down stairs..... Phsss and taking a shit doing a squat to make it down ahh man that sucked balls, after that I didn't train them again for like a month cause I never wanted to get that sore again eventually I worked back into it slowly
Bro when I first did legs with a good friend of mines when worked then for 3 hours I was so sick from that work out headache felt like I was gone to throw up. I was sore for 6 days lol aw that was a good workout the shit was life changing
