+ 3 Blood donation and calories

ad

Not that it really would affect someone with a one day deficit.. But just something I learned today.. When donating blood one pint can remove up to 650 calories from a person.. Someone prepping for a show few weeks out thats been hitting keto hard, that's a major hit.. Just found interesting thought I'd share Smile

Right? I love giving blood, and it may just be placebo effect, but I swear that after giving blood I feel invigorated for the next week or so. Kinda feels like my blood flows lighter and smoother, I guess the oil change analogy is a good one because it definitely feels like old sludge got replaced with new oil.
