+ 6 EQ/TEST E Cycle for the Grrl

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I'm currently sitting at 18% bf ...
weight is 195 ish give or take a few lbs from day to day

what I am really looking for here is to recomp and a whole lotta strength
at least 10 to 15 % on each major lift if not more
I've got a great foundation going and haven't had a major cycle in about two years.

concerns: I m not sure I want to run test for the duration of the cycle since it is EQ I want to go at least 16 weeks so I may drop the test at week 10

I ll upload pics over the next few days

this is the first of two cycles I ll be running over the next year which will take me back into my meet season

have always ran sus wrong in the past by taking it only twice a wk at low dosages.
currently running it M,W,F,Sun and i am loving it.

On paper the trt end looked great! But in reality it wS too unstable.

Yes correct, I'm reading now it's a 16g needle, I think I can manage that through the lip 4 on the lower, 2 on the upper, largest I've done so far was that 18g that time on here lol

No I know, I think I can safely do this, I'm also thinking that for 2 doubles on the bottom left and right and on the top right that 14g is the look I want, 6 of them, black stainless steel hoops with balls, isopropyl, neosporin, cleaning daily, should be a very clean and sterile process lol
