This is my lifestyle 30 years. I am about pushing to be stronger, faster, ........ gains and more gains .... I chase the runners high, I have used lifting as a place of meditation and release since the age of 14. I don't body build, I do not diet, - my lifestyle- I go to the gym and lift or find a form of endurance to push up and over. These are places I give my mind permission to step outside of my body and take a break. To then leave instructions to my body to pick that shit up as if it is a feather that just dropped to the ground from the heavens,,,,,, my point, it is my place of sanctuary and I dont need anyone to be apart of it. But I cant survive with out it. Being able to get up every day and visit that place keeps me sane, keeps me young, helps me cope. Now that I am stepping to 50 years of age, I will take a little internal assistance to keep my body on top and to continue to excel.
