There T/A has been very quick ,10 days Midwest even when promos are being active, packaging discreet and wrighting on point, OSGEAR leaves no room for error when getting your pack delivered!
With lightning speed communication and t/a too competitive prices and premium quality gear/ growth hormone and ancillaries you might not want to look further.!
Have had many orders with OS the last 18 months. A couple bumps in the road with shipping but they always came through and made good. Latest order delayed a bit but did arrive.

Good, although sometimes the initial customer service people give talking points and not real answers but might be all they can give.
90% of the time order arrives within 21 days have had a couple delays and one reship but again, they have always delivered.
People complaining and understand frustration. However, as mentioned my experience with them is that they always come through although sometimes a little longer then would hope. With that said, think we all know this is not like ordering from Amazon. Trust is a big part of these transactions and my experience is you can trust these guys.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with OSGear. I ordered 2 DP Winstrol 50Mg injectible. Tbe ordering itself was fairly easy. But satisfaction ended there. I received notification the package was shipped, but it sat in California for over a week in the same status before finally getting updated to California for another week. It was between 3-4 weeks before I finally received the product. Then upon receipt, it is so poorly diluted that I can't draw it using a 23 gauge. I can only pull anything using a draw needle.

+ 1Same problem with me, last times I ordered, there had been no issues. As the website is down, there is not even a way to find the order ID.
Only information I have got is the Shipping code. The status there did not chance within the last weeks ...
Sad, but it looks the money is gone and we have to look for other sources.

I have been using this provider for over 4 years and have been surprised time and time again by the rapid responses and communication they offer when you hit them with A question. They are actually more efficient than my phone service providers customer service department that get paid by the hour. However, I was led to write this concerning my latest order. I see many people have done the same. You have earned my trust and loyalty through never letting me down or leaving me in the dark. I want to know what’s going on with my latest order. You were able to send me a second tracking number and a resolved ticket before the site closed. I want to know if I need to count my loses and move on from here or keep waiting it out, it’s been since 4-13. Granted the first was backordered and the new track shows I’m only 2.5 weeks in. If you can help me I would appreciate it Thanks os

+ 1I’ve been using them for awhile now and have had no issues at all for orders domestic US.
However, my lost recent order was placed over 3 weeks ago and as usual, I received shipping info almost immediately. After no status change for a week, I inquired only to find out my domestic order was now shipping via China.
Weeks have now passed with no status change and now the website is no longer working.
I’m concerned that I, along with many isn’t members may have had our orders and our money simply taken and that we will end up with nothing in return.
I don’t understand why they would build their reputation only to close up shop and no longer respond or run a long-standing business.

The support in this webpage is phenomenal. There was an issue with payment for about a week and when I put in for support ticket, they rectified my issue in LIGHTNING speed, all was resolved within a business day and my package was on its way afterwards.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical of this website at first solely due to the inexpesnive pricing and offers that were being promoted. I usually go through another supplier, but after I'd accidentally shattered a few vials I figured I might be able to get away with some fast domestic shipping through these guys and finish off what I started this month. This was a great experience and I'm very glad to have gotten an opportunity to get such a strong deal on some of the products I'd ordered. I'll be sticking with my other vendor, but will definitely be keeping an eye on this page to get some of the offers they have, you can't beat some of the deals these guys run.
I ordred from there guys on May 21st and it is now June 1st and i still haven't received my order. One if the items was US Domestic and i should of def received it by now. I have made numerous attempts to contact these guys and i have not heard anything. I emailed there support email over the last 3 days with zero reply. I would not recommend ordering thru them.

Ordered a month ago ,thought they were supposed to be a top notch source but now it looks like I’m out of 1200 bucks, from the very beginning they gave me the run around an in my opinion they been telling everyone there is delays, and to keep waiting just so they could stretch this out a lilttle longer to steal everyone’s money.They gave me a tracking number a week an a half after I put my order in which was a domestic order, but only bc I told them if they keep ignoring me I was posting up bad reviews about them.First they told me it was a supply issue then after a few more weeks they said it was a mix up then it was the warehouses problem, my tracking numbers just said shipping label created an it never updated.Done with these overseas sites, fist roidbazzar now O’gear going with domestic for now on.

Domestic tracking info hasn't updated in almost 3 weeks. Opened ticket and was advised to "wait a couple more days" for my package and that the shipment "has been redirected through a non domestic shipper".

Opened second ticket asking why they advertise domestic and when I could expect my package, since it had been almost a week after the "couple days" they suggested I wait. They didn't answer either question and only stated they "closed/resolved the issue" in my previous ticket!
