Low Testosterone/Symptoms (Looking for experienced help)
A brief back story.
In early 2016 I bought one bottle of pro-hormones, (Like an idiot with little research). After I had more of an understanding, I tossed it away. I did not take a PCT. As a result, i suffered a little bit of hair loss, dropped test level, and low sex drive. Getting my test level checked, in 2016 it tested at 229nl.
Fast forward, and the symptoms of low T are even stronger, yet, when I got tested, my test was at 450NL.
My doctor will not prescribe TRT, despite my fatigue(I get 8-9 hours of sleep), no sex drive, no drive for what used to be things I loved, depression due to said symptoms; just about everything related to low Testosterone.
A friend recommended dialing in my diet a bit, checking and posting to this site, and explore other options; as well as seeking knowledge from other knowledgeable people.
I am not looking go or do anything crazy or irresponsible, I just want to feel like I did when I was younger, (Currently 30 years old).
Question/Looking for.
- Ways I can increase my testosterone levels (Naturally/non-naturally whatever)
- Any knowledge to help with the matter.
Thanks in advance

If you already have your doctors checked for all hormones and the results was everything healthy
I think you’re just overweight no offense by any means
I don’t think that’s low test or feeling crap on 450nl that but it’s mentally you want to jump to TRT it is Too early to do TRT if you are high in BF try to cut it and I think you’ll pump your natural testosterone
No offense taken man. If thats the advice I need its the advice I need. I really only know about TRT due to reading and youtube. Some say levels of 450 is low and TRT could help improve symptoms, and some say like you.
I dont think it would hurt to take the advice!
Thanks for understanding brother if I were in your shoes I’d focus on my BF some people say that’s myth to lose weight with low T but it is not I have seen it work with people
Good luck to you
PcushionA TRT doc is going to sell you on TRT it’s what he does. There is a time and place for TRT but 30 years old is not the time or place. The prohormones of 2016 are crap and one bottle is not to blame for your symptoms. Clean up your diet start doing some cardio. Btw you are young I am 32 and feel better than I did at 21.
No doubt, I never touched a bottle of that shit anymore.
I currently do 20-30 minutes of sprints on the treadmill for cardio, or hit the heavy bag for 10/15 minutes
Have your thyroid function checked.

I forgot to mention I got that checked as well. Nice and healthy.
From what I'm reading, unless I'm misunderstanding it seems like your T levels have improved. There are many options such as TRT, cycles etc, or trying to go the natural route. In the end you need to decide what is best for you!
I spoke with a TRT specialist after telling them my doctor said no, they said yes.
I currently dont have insurance, so maybe doing TRT on my own is better?
If I am taking a mild approach, can I do it year round?
Exactly what I thought you just want to do TRT
If you want to do TRT on your own you’re just trying to damage yourself take it out of your mind
You are improving no need for trt
Rustyhookerso you just want a cosigner.....figures
No. Im just a guy with no experience in that area. Just feeling like shit these past years and looking for help, that's all man.
Ive had many opportunities to jump on gear, and haven't.
I appreciate all the advice on here, and im not simply looking for someone to say, "go for it!",
Just looking for advice, thats it.
Dominick77and the plot thickens lol.....
RustyhookerEvery reply is an excuse....but then i can trt? As if were tge parents for bad behaviors
basskiller89Hey brother,
You can research beginner cycles if you're looking for something like that. If hair loss is a worry you should look into dht levels on cycle, I'm on duta year round, hair is the same as before cycles. Make sure you read into an ai for e levels, here if you need brother!!
I was considering running some test. Never have before, so I am not sure if it is worth it or not, in terms of making me feel better.
Not sure if its something I can continue through the year or not.?

Hows the bf? Stress alone can cause all of that as well. Foods too.
Like r4zor said...full blood screen from dr is where its gotta start.
Body fat is around 30%.
I lift 4 days a week. Have a pretty good diet (Little to no sugar) Only weakness is carbs.
Incredibly hard for me to loose weight though.
Easy fix. You need to cut that bodyfat in half. You will have increased energy and you test levels will rise also.
Hey, if thats the reality, than thats that.
My whole purpose for making this post in the first place. ill go for it! I appreciate the advice.
Something to get you started. I would suggest reading some of my other forums to really get you on track.

Bf at 30% will come with its own bag of sides, very similar to low t.....get your diet under control and drop 10%bf and see how that changes the way you feel....you’re not gonna feel youthful and energetic at 30% bf...
Appreciate it!
RustyhookerI can understand ya on the carbs. Im on a hard cut currently. 30% will cause issues typically in sbgh being high so less free test, estro typically higher plus the body working harder. Add stress of life in there and poof....youre zapped
Magnifying glass or scroll around for makwa. Hes got a bunch of food forums. Click on his avatar and check his forums. Modify the foods, up the cardio. Its a chore but the end result is worth it
r4zor_reloadedGet your blood work done. Test levels can have a lot to do with what youre saying but so can imbalance of thryoid hormones, elevated estrogen levels, vitamin defencies, etc. Gotta also look at free test levels.
Now if it is solely related to test levels.. You can help raise your testosterone levels naturally by doing physical activity such as weight lifting / sprinting. You can accompany that by supplements proven to help raise test levels naturally. Here are three of them. Ashwagandha, Niacin, Vitamin C. (The first two do have some side effects) (obviously there are more than just these but these have good scientific backing from my own research)
Other options: you can always try using what people would normally use as a PCT. There are people out there that use clomid and nolva to raise their test levels but it usually falls back to baseline after they get off the drugs. And theres also side effects. Then theres also HCG.. that also helps with test production. Do your research on these if you wish. Also do your research on the various forms of exogenous testosterone. (Ie: diff types of esters/half life/ dosages)
Regarding other options, you can look to find the appropriate "product" from whatever source you may choose by doing your research. There are two sections to every source page... reviews and ask/discussion. By taking the time tp read, you can determine which source would be good for you. A good place to start would be one of the top 10 sources you can find on the main page.
Now depending on whatever you choose to do.. research is key. Start by reading the rules and then do heavy research. If you find someone helpful you can request to add them as a friend and pm them. Just be smart and follow the rules.
Good luck.
Thank you!
I currently do 4 days a week of heavy lifting. Take a vitamin D/Multi Vitamin/Tribulus, Used to take a test booster with Ashwagandha and that worked ok.
Every Time I tell my doctor to get a full blood screening, he and she look at me like I am speaking a foreign language.
Is there an exact name for the blood test i should get?? (Opposed to the testosterone test I got a week ago?)
