+ 15 Ebc update 9 weeks out

Ok brothers and sisters..update pic at 9 weeks out..going great so far feel like Im trimming down nicely and maintaining my mass..been losing 1-2lbs a week like clockwork so training diet and cycle all seem on point...sorry for shitty pic quality...keep on grinding people and good luck

Hey bud - Just watched one of the best films I've seen in absolutely ages, The Equalizer 2 on premiere. Awesome film man - have you seen it? Much better than the first...Use to love watching the original series

Nice one man - never knew you trained at home! It's the only way if you wanna step it up to another level in my book and not have to wait for benches and power racks etc. Is that an air cooler or conditioner I spy in the background? lol I have a cooler but am trying to save for a conditioner for this summer...I Hate training in any kind of heat!

I have a stand up ac but that's a dehumidifier..it's in the basement so once it gets warm it can get damp if I don't run that thing...but I love the gym at home.. I'll post pics one of these days

I've got a Power rack, Flat Bench & Dip station. Various bars and discs etc One thing I'd really like is one of those Seal row benches - they look awesome! A 45' degree hyperextension would be cool too for the lower back....
