HCG in Cycle or PCT

Hello guys . So I just want some personal infos about which and why should you prefer the HCG low dose usage in the cycle. Personally I only used it in the pct every 5days 1500iu and it worked balls came back without problem .
I saw a video on youtube where Rich P. tells that HCG in Cycle is totally useless and mistake. So what is your personal opinion ?

I tried both, and thats with hcg after cycle to bridge my pct. on cycle it kept messing with my bloodwork

HCG in cycle is a waste! It's great for PCT I prefer 2000 IU's EOD!

I agree on cycle is a waste.
However what you mention, that type of dosage is usually run after a harsh competition program or upon completion of cycle that utilizes high dosages of deca or tren. In other words , when your system is totally crashed and shut down for a long while.
I only mention this because if a newby ran this protocol after a fairly mild cycle this dosage would be unnecessary and may do more harm than good.
