+ 5 Few weeks into pct.
Trying really hard to hang onto everything I gained during cycle. Pct phase is hands down the hardest part of any cycle mentally and physically seems like. Meals need to be on point and strict. Training needs to be switched up. I focus more on frequency over volume now so I do a push/pull split. Still doing my compounds just as heavy but easing off that high volume. I take rest days more often and let my body recover from everything I’ve done to it during my cycle. I also started running hcg as a bridge between last shot and my actual pct. I figured I’d give that a try because hcg is suppressive so didn’t seem to make sense running it during clomid/nolva phase. Basically priming my balls and the “lower half” of my hpta for when it’s time to start clomid /nolva. 5-10k iu’s of hcg spread out over about two weeks depending on what I ran and how long I was on. Arimidex.5mg after every 1000 iu shot to keep gyno and water retention down cuz I’m a little sensitive to that when I run hcg. I also added Proviron into my pct which was a game changer seemed like. Last pct I did recover with the addition of Proviron throughout. About a month after I finished pct my test was 550, LH 5.7, FSH 3.7. So doesn’t seem like it suppressed me and it definitely helped with the “crash” and kept my libido up. It also kept me pretty vascular and gave me that sense of well being. My thoughts behind taking Proviron during pct were it binds to shbg so frees up my already mere mortal low test levels. If some of the vets have any advice or things I can add in or take out I would appreciate some feed back.

It's obvious that you worked hard to get to this. Why push it or try new things wondering if it might work or not; you have 2 tools in your arsenal that have been proven to work time and time again, and those are your clomid and Nolva. Maybe just stick to the basics.
My bad. 2 things I really hate and those are, 1. To hear of people getting ripped off by not receiving what they have ordered or just losing money receiving bunk or underdosed gear, especially PCT items, and 2. To see or hear of hardworking and successful people fail. I really hate to see that.
Avoid crash, or just pain, suffering, depression, etc. Cortisol is a fuckin disease. It destroys everything. Beat it by keeping stress low, staying positive, keeping it simple and keeping peace of mind. Peace of mind!!!
There is a ton of good info regarding HCG on this site, for PCT to kickstart your SERMS. It shocked my HPTA and had most of my nuts back as I began the clomid and nolva. I took it after last pin, 2 separate doses, 5 days apart before starting the SERMS and and had my mood up big time. I think that the nolva and clomid product I used was weak, reason why I started retaining water and should of ran bloods. That's another thing regarding post Cycle Therapy and that is to get hold of the best stuff. Best wishes bud.
Just thinking out loud and researching this topic, I'm not trying to give any advice whatsoever. It's become a big deal since this last pct.
I believe Aroma assists by raising lh and fsh; people seem to rebound with adex more often than not; aromasin prevents aromatization while adex only lowers Estro, but some rebound hard from Adex; adex is an AI not designed for pct I've read on many occasions, but I'm finding research on it.
I ran that HCG, 5000 IUs split 5 days apart before starting pct-Test/Deca cycle; Blew my suppression up fast and felt great before the SERMS and The Aromasin I ran all the way throughout; but I slowly continued to gain a bit of excess water but my suppression remained consistent. I've read some recent findings about starting SERMS directly after last inject, but.Clomid, for example, 200 mg for first 3 days off I can remember. While blasting the HCG 3 days apart the last 6 days of cycle before SERMS, but everybody works differently, but I'm doing it next time-can't remember the name of article or the doc who wrote it but made sense. I'll post once I find it. Its a recent post under the "Anything Goes" forum. I'm studying so thinking out loud, NOT advice. I'm learning, but getting close to nailing it on the head. Curious about proviron too
PcushionYou are one the proper path with your pct. Pct is more complex than guys once thought. Three major components have to happen for the body to restart its own test production. If any one of these three isn’t not in check the body will continue to stay shut down. Estrogen in the hypothalamus, circulating estrogen, and androgen levels are what you have to get straight. Timing is everything. The average male produces 2-11 mg testosterone a day your androgen levels have to drop down to this level for production to begin. I think you will enjoy the research on the subject.

I have another paper on the three variable as well. I will post it when I find it.
I'll study this today. Saved it to my Home Screen on this Android. It's worth while and thanks for posting that. Narrowing this down. Everybody has a sweet spot. Thanks a lot.
Thanks for the info man!
Dr. Michael Scolly. It's worth read, extensive but worth it. I'm on it. I've never done proviron but I'm sticking with the notion, not fact, that proviron would act more like Masterone during a pct if that makes sense. For me, it just doesn't belong but may work for you...
Proviron in PCT isn’t a PCT.
PcushionProps on the picture during PCT. That’s always the hardest time to post a picture bc we feel our body is changing for the worst as fast as it changed for the better on cycle. I ran an experiment on proviron a few years back ran labs the whole way through to determine if it’s suppressive or not. Basic findings where it’s indeed suppressive but how suppressive appeared dose dependent on a completely recovered active HPTA system. That said, I found that on a system already shut down even the smallest dose provided no positive response in HPTA action and therefore was not a good idea during pct. I posted the entire experiment with hormone values in a thread entitled proviron under the pct/anti-estrogen forum. +1
Thanks for that feedback def off the Proviron now!
RustyhookerProviron into my pct which was a game changer seemed
Provi has been shown by blood tests to shut you down and stop a pct. Its suppressive.
Arimidex has been proven to stop nolva via the loop, negative feedback. Stop that stat.
Ok so no more arimidex on pct. so even at 25mg Proviron is suppressive? I read multiple clinical studies that suppression doesn’t occur till you get up to the 150mg dose. I been going back and forth about that reading so much contradicting shit.
Why take the chance. It's a great feeling to recover, especially when I been shut down for so long. HCG made me feel better than on cycle, but a temp solution. It's a kick start to the SERMS from how I'm understanding it. Proviron might be better as a bridge maybe. Supression sucks man especially after a good pct. Time and place for everything. Got to recover absolute; That's a solid fact
Rustyhookerhttps://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/pct-anti-estrogens/simple-pct-l...
Theres tons of misdirection. Eroids back in the beginning went on a blood test rampage. It was an awesome era forcing sources to keep up standards of dosing, quality, as well as theories on provi, sarms etc. Many bloods posted on peptides as well.
Read several of the links there. Vert helpful ans very importnt
RustyhookerYour info up top is a ton of help. Everyone is and has their tweaks that helps them. It all adds up nicely.
I read the info you guys post. 1+1 =2. Sam said something in his last review that made all the sense. He said, "hit and miss for me." Best quote I've ever heard on here. You guys post it and I just reflect and try and share it as I understand it. Especially when it comes to PCT. I'm obsessed. Never ran the proper PCT until this last one and I almost nailed it. I was and still happy with it. Hit and miss, trial and error, i keep reading and making effort. Critical ,there is no excuse for anyone who tries to educate themselves and puts in that work. It's ALL here man. Anything that I say is just reflection from what I've learned from y'all's posts. Recovery is a must. Only advice that I can give. Don't know anything about TRT, different story.
Nice thanks for that info!
Proviron is suppressive from my experience, I read those studies and believed them.. was a bad move on my part.
My 2c
Ok looks like I’m saving it for next cycle.
It is soo hard to stay on track. +1 for doing it
It’s is especially during this time. Thanks man!
