I haven’t been on here in years. But I logged in today to so see if there were any promos, then I saw the first picture I ever posted and thought damn things have changed. This website got me into the gym, then into competing. This picture is from the fall, my third show, and my last for a while. I just started power lifting. 5/3/1 to be specific, tracking numbers instead of trying to get tiny. Anyway. I wanted to post something. I’m eager to learn and planning to be around here creeping and reading, unlikely to be active but I’ll be in the sidelines watching and learning. This website has changed my life so much. Thanks for the knowledge.
