+ 13 If you are new to AAS .. read this link /true long term ramifications
http://www.ergo-log.com/steroids-users-hormone-balance-irreparably-damag...
So I decided to post this link to maybe inform some new guys of somethings to consider . I started really cycling about 6 years ago , well technically 8 or so if you consider when they were selling/pushing superdrol clones in stores pushing them as "safe alternatives to steroids" lol with their herbal PCT . Damn I was dumb then , in my defense I didn't really use the internet back then and believed the reps at GNC that superpump250 was gonna make me the next jay cutler.
Anyways fast forward to about 3 years ago , I started doing very over the top ,long PCT's . At the end of my PCT my test would be in the 700's . I was thinking "I'm recovered " . I got pre cycle blood work months later and guess what? Total T is in the high 200's . I started running 90 days pcts and taking all the natural test boosters I could afford every cycle .... I discovered no matter how great my post cycle was every time my test will fall to the high 200's . So welcome to TRT for life , well as long as I want a libido energy motivation.... I'm not bitching , just hoping to make some people aware who think they can cycle forever and PCT will just make them magically recover , forever . Know the ramifications of what you are doing . Pinning weekly for the rest of my life with no breaks at 33 is kind of depressing to me .

Good post: Gives people something to think about four sure!
RustyhookerStrange mix of genetics and potential. I was lucky to be in a competitive gym where most members had won or placed in bb and power. They push folks like me to go all the way natty as far as one could go. They would jam you up for thinking about gear too soon and back it up with the reports by phd's in the magazines back in the day. Long before fake supps and cash took over.
If you got genetics for stage, it shows when youre natural. And if youre full tilt training for years, even the smallest doses of gear and you blow up. I waited til 27 and yes, was fully sponsored at 20--all natural. A monster cycle of 300mg a week added 15lbs kept rock muscle. I was lucky enough to not need much for many years.
And then theres recovery. For me it was just 3mo ago i got pushed to trt. So its been a long ride. But really look around at whats here daily. Guys hitting trt crashed out in no time at all. Or the few that go long term before trt. Its just like anything in life. You get a guy living past 100 tgat smokes cigars daily and a bottle of booze. Or the folks dieing before 35 from diseases, cancers, and harsh living.
We warn folks to deaf ears daily....slow and steady. Noone cares really. And noone looks around any gym seeing a lot of jacked old dudes either. Most guys fall out before 30 get fat and dad bod those gym sweats. Burnt out, trt and dont even lift. Kids and mortgage runs their life and theyre STUCK.

Good post read all the way through... I agree not Starting to early.. But I also agree with, making sure your are doing your cycle correctly with the correct amount of time off, the correct gear and PCT.
Also as i have gotten older and been around this game. I have become more towards the only Cycle you need to run is your Test e for 12 weeks. (Or Sust).. Sure there is so many compounds out there and so many different cycles you can take. However, if your diet is not in check it really doesn't matter.
Unless your goal really is to be the next Mr.Olympia you really don't need to start cycles until you 30's if you choose at all. And if you are, all you need is a good diet and a simple Test E cycle, it will get you where you want to be as long as you put in the work.
on a side note: Devils Advocate if you are a Man you will end up on TRT. The smart move is to do it the right way, dont rush into this game.. However, you all will choose what your going to do in life, just be smart regardless which choice you make..
Good post Bro. That scares me too and is the reason why I'm still natty at 32.
Well, I'm going to be the devils advocate here because nobody has yet. Some people recover just fine. Others not so much. imo it's all genetic. Just like how one can take a prohormone, get's liver damage after one cycle and another person does the same without issues. Testosterone start's to decline anyway by the age of 35, so self-administering testosterone doesn't sound like a bad idea. You make it sound like it's all bad when it's just not the case. Not only is testosterone good for anti-aging, It makes you feel good and youthful on a continued basis. What's wrong with that? Yes, there's consequences, but what in life is there not consequences for? I don't agree with your post. If one decides to use AAS one should wait until 30 years of age, i'm 28 myself and I only started just this year when I was 28.
You are 100% correct , I’m in the same boat . Trt in late 30s , longest cycle was a 20 week eq an trt dose test cycle, but other then that ran basic 12-16 week cycles... 8-10 if they were short esters. I also believe my usage has somehow caused my diverticulitis issues... Any way point is these hormones come with heavy consequences that guys in their 20s don’t wanna hear because “they are invincible “. Good post bro!
Great job brother +2
Very good post. +2 welcome to level one.
Good post bro, A must read for those new to AAS
U probably didn’t take much time off huh? How long would u run ur cycles ?? Blast and cruise ??
How was ur hcg protocol going into pct ?
The reason is ask and if you can be honest is to prevent some guys from going down the rabbit hole sooner than later. If I offend I apologize
33 is young I feel it hard for guys to come gear so they just keep blasting for long periods or cruise which is the problem with recovery.
I'd usually take 2 or 3 months off .i didnt "cruise". Not long enough Between cycles .Yet if you read that link , you will see AAS will damage most people's testicles . Best thing to do (I wish I had done) is run HCG through cycle to stop testicular shutdown.
Obviously staying on for too long is stupid and dangerous, but even shorter cycles with long periods off can still cause damage . Kids at the gym listen to broscience that tells them steroids are safe and "healthy". I listened to the same bullshit too . Just trying to spread some knowledge
Dave_61I totally agree with you, because I was one of those kids that listened to older guys in the gym, and I ended up messing up my HPTA! And now, I'll also need TRT for the rest of my life.
Do you get tired of pinning? I used to look forward to it and sometimes still do on blast. I stopped splitting my trt in half through the week and now just pin once a week on cruise haven't noticed any dip in my test. It's all fun until it becomes another chore . At least for me .im not downing AAS . Just wish I had better info when I was younger!
Dave_61I wish I had better info when I was younger as well. But, we fucked up and made the choice to use these substances with the half ass info we had. Now we just have to deal with it the best we can. It's all we can do. It can be a lot worse bro! Imagine if we didn't have anything to correct our hormone issues? Just stay positive and keep in mind, that you never know what possibilities the future may hold, to treat or even cure our conditions.
When I think back about some of the bullshit hearsay that guys in the gym spread around about gear, it really makes me laugh. What's even worse is that I actually listened to it, and followed some of this advice!
When it comes to my trt, I actually do look forward to pinning, but I mainly see it as something I have to do to maintain a healthy and normal life. I do split my injections up into two separate shots, but I think one injection per week is sufficient. Two injections per week is just my preference.
Alright, take care bro, and just try to remain positive!
Broscience is doing damage to these young cats
