Hey bro usuaĺly it is recomended 20mg of super and halo . Winny and dbols at 40mg but it really depends on your experience , cycle history. Dont forget to take your milk thistle and fish oils. For cholesterol and liver. Coq10 for the heart and astralagus for kidneys. Always take protection when using orals.
