Today i want to share with you some information on what our athletes from the other side of the world (EUROPE and Russia) are doing to get really shredded come last few weeks of the contest.

The conditioning some of these guys bring in international contests is unreal! The common denominator of what our athletes are reporting is dropping the dose of testosterone last few weeks between 150-250mg and not using more then 500 -800mg of test throughout the cycle. This keeps the athlete dry by not having any excess estrogen and prolactin moving through their system. Granted most of them use also our AIs last few days. It is common sense but i am tired of seeing atheletes megadosing on test and AIs and then still wonder why they carry that small firm of water.

The other thing is insulin use... guys you are trying to get shredded .. you dont need it!

One particular cycle that I really liked from one of our sponsored athletes was something along these lines, :-

this is a copy and paste from an email i recieved:-

ARL 500mg test prop , 300mg ARLtren ace, 500mg ARL boldenone
Then add ARL winstrol tabs at 40mg at 5 weeks out
Then add ARL halotestin tabs at 20mg last 2-3 weeks
Last 2 weeks drop ARL test prop to 200mg , tren ace 200mg , boldenone 200mg
keep only the orals last week only the less you load the system the better you' ll look
