Got bloods done just to get a checkup, should I be worried about my test level?
that's not bad for sure
Yup, your level is pretty good man. your lab has normal range that goes up to 1100. Mine as my normal high like 989 or something along those line. So when you place your level between each one you would have a different reaction. But as everyone has said, yes, it is normal. Also realize as we get older our natural levels slowly drop. But in this lifestyle, if you plan on making it a lifestyle, TRT may just be the end game after its all over. But now you have a baseline where to be after you PCT and all that.
Test level is perfectly fine.
Ah, okay thanks.
Mine was 212 before i went on trt. Id kill to have your test level
Jeez, guessing you've done multiple cycles
That’s a healthy test level. Good job for getting your base now after you complete your cycle that’s where you wanna get back to. +1
Thanks mate
Maybe I'm looking too much into this but apparently I have the test level of a 45 year old...?
What time of the day did you give blood and was it fasted?
First thing in the morning, and yes fasted 12 hours
And obvious question but have you taken and pro-hormones or SARMS etc in the past.
Nope
Ok good and last question how many calories per day are you currently eating and break this down p/c/f?
~2400
180/240/80 ish
There’s your problem your dieting and you wonder why your test is a bit low. Go and eat at maintenance for 4 weeks and then retest. Bet it’s more like it should be for someone of your age.
Dieting will knock it down and on the other end of the spectrum the higher your BF gets the more depressed your test levels will be also. Stress will knock it down, lack of sleep will knock it down, over training can knock it down. Lots of things can have a major impact on the levels.
Alright thanks
Been feeling a little worn out lately, I'll up the cals
You also have to remember just like any other type of blood work it's just a snapshot in time. If you're truely that concerned then wait another couple weeks and get it retested.
And those aren't bad numbers to have btw.. but then again I'm not a doctor.
