I got a nice order couple months back and everything was gtg, also received a promo pack of 5 DP sust about 2 and half weeks ago. All the products were gtg, communication was always within 24 hrs. Shipping was a little on the long side at about 3 weeks to US but nothing too bad. I hope your friends issues get worked out, keep us posted EK is one of my go to sources.
