My biggest mistake was pinning Test E,C,P all together and it was knowingly all expired by 2 years. I was 18 and completely ignorant and misinformed. Thank god nothing happened.

Pinned 2ml of winny water base deep into my thigh, caused a muscle spasm simultaneously. One of the worst pains I ever felt, never pinned winny again ever.

Pinned 3ml of test 500 and 2ml of tren e 250 ( 5 ml barrel) into my glute, hit scatic nerve, went to hospital for 11 days and lost a kg a day, had no pulse when I got to er and had a minor cardiac arrest, it turned in to septicemia.

Fkn stupid thing to do.
I got what I deserved, the day I got out of hospital I pinned the same shit again in my quads less obviously, and continued.

Mega dosing is not a good idea.

These days less is best for me I've been off everything for over 6 months now.
Getting ready to start fresh in next few weeks.

Totally different person mate.
Its only been maybe 6-8 weeks I've been normal.
When I say that I mean blood and sides wise.
Its like i don't know myself.
I'm quarter the size.
More placid, and it takes me longer To snap out.

You feel much better then overall or a lot worse because you are a lot smaller? I'm guessing you really feel it strength wise when training - going from superhuman lifting dream weights to being mortal again...Don't know if I could handle it pal.

my biggest mistake by far was in my first cycle,about 7years ago the cycle was test e @500 pw with superdrol kick start dohhhh ,the real one not the fakes there up this days .I got fooled cause I got otc and thought its probobly fake thats why you buy it from a store with ease....I was soooo wrong , I put about 6 kgs the first 4 weeks I got blown away ,I couldn't believe it .tho to be honest after the 1st week a felt like shit ,was using 30 mg ed so stupid.but my biggest mistake came on week three .listen to this people I go run blood tests wich you supposed to do on an empty stomach ...lol smart me I didn't eat anything a 10mg sd pill 1hour before.....well you get by now that the blood s came at absolutely havoc ,cholesterol liver values everything sky high!! pretty nice experience to wet my toes ha!!

Without a doubt not running an A.I in the early days when running the old test & Dbol cycle. With my receptors being so fresh they went crazy esp with the Dbol tabs resulting in massive oil production and acne breakouts, which I would then sit and pick esp on my face without thinking about the consequences. Some of them esp the bigger inground spots have then left scars and craters in my chin etc. At first it was awful to look at but I guess over time you get use to it, one of those things that could have easily being avoided though by investing more in ancilliaries rather than just thinking about how much other gear can I buy in the sweet shop.

To be honest i did lot of mistakes before i seriously started reading on eroids. I was surprised how much knowledge and information we have here and people sharing their experience and guiding to be safe. Now i do things in a total different way and i am very thankful by heart to eroids and these members who help the community and newbies.

Wasting gear by changing up diet to often. Too much food and I feel bloated so I cut back while 'trying' to bulk. Too little food and I feel flat when 'trying' to cut so i up cals.

Yeah I always try to keep protein the same everyday no matter what....180-190 grams. I change up the fats and carbs depending on the day

When I read the title it reminded me of a video that Bostin Loyd put up saying he had two friends stick 3 needles in him at once filled with deca into his side delt lmfao, but mine would have to be when I was younger I was on juice and was addicted to pain killers and I barely made any gains , I couldn’t even train without them cause I’d be sick heck I couldn’t do anything without them, also Few years back I stayed on tren for a longgg time and now I’m forced to be on trt

I think the biggest mistake I have made is not paying enough attention to my diet. I know I could be a lot more shredded with a better diet and more cardio

I was was the same way. My first cycle I didn't grow like I thought I should even though my diet was in check but I didn't sleep for shit I was always on the go. By the time I started a second cycle like a year later I had started a new job and was getting up at 430am and working 12.5hr shifts so I started going to bed a he'll of a lot earlier. Started getting like 8 to 8.5hrs of sleep at night and I really started growing better. It wasn't like crazy growth but I could really tell a difference. Now if I know I can't get a solid nights rest nearly every night I want start a cycle.
