Swollen Ankles on Dbol and headache

ad

Hi community.

I have started a blast a week ago consisting of 40 mg of dbol per day and 500 mg of deca per week plus 500 mg of test enanthate per week.

I am using letrozole quarter of a tablet every 3 days. So a total of 1.25 mg of letrozole per week plus 25 mg Proviron daily. Also using 0.5 mg caber E3D.

I noticed after 6 days that my ankles get really swollen. Worse part is my job is in the office so I sit most of the time on a office chair in front of the computer. Ankles return to normal after a nights sleep but get swollen again like 4 hours into my shift.

I also experience a headache after my morning dose of dbol. It subsides in about an hour.

I do take short breaks and elevate my feet and take a walk.

Could it be estrogen being too high? Please help.
Can it be because of the heat wave we are experiencing at the moment?

There is no pain with the swelling.

I have used dbol before with no issues.

Thanks.

Kind Regards

I live in an area where tyne temp goes above 95 degrees daily so it's definitely not that. I also work an office job in a 5 story building so to break the sedentary nature of these jobs I take 10 minutes twice per day to and take three laps up and down the stairs. Maybe try something like that? Swollen ankles sounds like water retention.

I wanna add that the Dr. was very non judgemental and understood my concerns. He said if people want to take anabolic steroids they should be given blood test and advice to keep themselves safe and healthy. That is a first and he has my respect for that.

I was seen by Emergency Doctor yesterday. He prescribed Furosemide 20 mg per day in the morning. Lots of water came out through urination. Swelling reduced a lot.

Will have another appointment on Thursday and hopefully get blood test appointment. Doctor thinks it is the estrogen that caused all this. He said I should have run double the AI I was. Obviously blood test will speak clearly.

Thanks everyone.

Updates. Definately feeling better today. Dropping dbol and increasing water intake has helped a lot. Swelling is not so bad anymore. I have been very careful with sodium intake. It has all made a difference.

Will of course see the doctor as soon as they have a avalable appointment and get blood test done(hopefully next week).

Thanks everyone.

Great to hear mate!!

My sodium intake is low. I use tiny ammounts of salt in my food. Will drop it altogether. See how that goes.

I increased my water intake. So from today will be 5 liters per day. It should hopefully make a difference.

Thanks to everyone in the eroids community for advising and helping me out. Really appreciate this.

I would definitely drop the dbol, if not everything. Someone mentioned that you front loaded tren recently, so I'm wondering if this could have a negative impact on your kidneys. One thing is sure, you're trying to get big as quickly as possible without any regard to your health. Not a good idea.

You are right brother. I feel like all or nothing when it comes to size, sometimes. That is not a wise ir smart approach. I want more size and I love being strong.

But I should not come at the price of jeopardising health.

Get your blood pressure taken SOON!

Seems like overkill. What are your goals with this cycle??? Seems like you’re jumping from one thing to another (tren, dbol, deca, etc.). Might be wise to drop things, pct and regroup with something sensible in the distant future.

hugeandstrong's picture

Hi. Will drop back to TRT dose ASAP. It is the wisest decision health wise. Thanks for your comment.

It’s a marathon and not a sprint, so good choice. Always good to regroup and get stable. Good luck.

Definately. I am not 20 anymore. I am still in my early thirties but we should all prioritise health. I had to learn the hard way.

We all make mistakes. Thank you.

2 months ago you were front loading tren e . How did that turn out?

hugeandstrong's picture

Hi bro. It hit me like a high speed train and stopped it as I was acting too aggressive. I wanted to fight and argue with everyone. It was the worse I ever had from tren.

Sensible.

Personally I run my test higher than deca. The only real way to know is to pull blood. I personally would drop the dbol and take a hard look at my sodium intake. Also if your bodyfat is high it could cause estrogen problems. I agree with the other posts.

There are a lot of varying factors why this could be happening. First off Dbol will cause a rise in BP and this could be the immediate cause of the headaches. Also, your water consumption could be piss poor and that could be the cause of water retention.
One of the most overlooked things when running orals like dbol is liver support. If you’re running any kind of oral you want to always run a stacked liver support cocktail. Dandelion, Milk thistle, Nac, tudca or udca are always part of my arsenal. Poor liver health can cause a fatty liver which can cause some blood sugar issues which in turn can cause lots issues. Add in the fact that you’re nearly 300lbs and the diet it takes to get you to 300lbs I would check your blood sugar. With the diet we consume to get massive and stress on the liver from running orals you might want to check your blood sugar going forward on all cycles and even off cycle. Diabetes is a very real side effect of running gear that is so overlooked. I’m not saying that’s for sure your problem but I don’t ever see too many folks here talking about that reality. Fucking with orals can cause shit we never consider an issue.
To sum it up it could just be a simple case of the dbol bloat and blood pressure side or you could be pushing your body too hard with the orals and you’ve got some real concerns. Both very real and possible. Careful with orals man.

Water, BP, liver stress. All good points to consider.

First, have you had bloods? The reason I ask is because of the caber. Imo, caber is as needed only.
Next, it’s very hard to tell what’s going on without blood work. I’d drop the dbol & see if sides decline. The problem with estro is the sides of high estro & the sides for low estro are often the same.
Also, how’s your hydration & what’s your water intake?

hugeandstrong's picture

Hi.

Should I go to the GP and be upfront about my usage and ask for a blood test?

You can order your own blood work brother. There’s several links posted here. What country you in?

Not sayimg its right but im half your size and drink more than that. If i dont my body tries to protect its self and holds on to the water . Causing swolen ankles. Head aches can also be caused from dehydration. Would surly recommend pulling bloods to figure out what is causing it. Could be something simple like water intake or worse like liver damage or diabetes like carlos mentioned. Im definitely going to research the diabetes issue.

JARHEAD2's picture

That’s correct BG, our bodies retain water when we’ not consuming enough. Once we start to consume properly & bodies get that signal it starts to release it. Our bodies are created that way as a defense mechanism. I most generally drink 1- 1 1/2 gallons everyday & I start hydrating as soon as I’m up out of bed every morning.
