+ 1 10 week cycle w/ Var/Tbol then Var/Win
Hi I am a 36 year old male, 211lbs, 19.4% body fat (according to the handheld measure) looking to increase lean mass and strength and then shred down while continuing strength increase albiet slowly. Here is the cycle I am considering doing. I am obviously looking for feedback because I know I don't have all the answers.
Week 1-6 (test c 500mg/week) ["Bulk"]
80mg anavar/daily
40mg tbol/daily
12.5mg aromasin/daily
Week 7-10 (test c 500mg/week) ["Cut"]
80mg anavar/daily
40mg winstrol/daily
12.5mg aromasin/daily
40-140mcg clen/daily (doing the 4 week slow increase method)
Additional supplements
-20-40mg 1,3dm
-15-20mg yohimbine hcl
-liver cleanse supplement
-3-5mg taurine (when taking clen)

To really see anavar you have to be 10% or under that supplement is to polish not to cut you need to work on ur diet before even considering this option also much more research
Heaze2016vhman says 15% and I would have to agree with him. Remember anavar isn't a weight loss drug, it provides you with a vascular base and also helps give you a hard defined look.
I do think the handheld body fat devices overestimate body fat. Based on visual comparisons, I'd say I'm closer to 12-15. I know when I was do hydrostatic testing and came back as 6%, the handheld would read 13%, so I know there is a discrepancy.
Dominick77Body fat too high, 10 weeks total on TestC? 2 orals together for 10 weeks, plus clen for 3 weeks, at 140mcg max dosage plus 1,3 dmma....way too many things wrong with this man. Lose some bodyfat with cardio and diet, don't depend of compounds to do the work for you, work hard and achieve without it, then when the time is right add them in for support.
I feel like the body fat is closer to 12-15. When I was at 6% with water test, I was showing as 13% with the handheld.
If I am hearing what you are saying... 1) don't do 10 weeks on test C - what time length would you suggest 2) don't do 2 orals together - which one would you pick between anavar, tbol and win? 3) don't mix clen and 1,3dm.
I just got into AAS after putting in the work for 8 years. I feel like I change up programs too often and don't stay consistent. As I'm getting older it feels like I'm having to work way harder and not being a trainer and having a sedentary job additionally factors in too. I do understand that AAS won't take the place of a shitty diet and subpar workout regimen.
Don’t even know where to start, so just no. Go back to the drawing board on this monstrosity. Also, getting down to around 15% bf before you start anything is going to be key.

Why do you have Anavar in your bulking cycle?
Just for strength portion. I have read that you can make solid moderate hard gains in muscle with anavar, its not going to be massive like dbol or anadrol but possibly worthwhile.
