I know what kind of diet to be on and everything I just wanted to get an input from all of you guys pretty soon I’m going to put up my daily intake’s it’ll be one of the best recommendations
Good stuff, glad to see you've been eating. Too many guys come on here weighing 150-180lbs wanting to run crazy long cycles, running Tren when all they need is food. You, on the other hand, have shown you can eat to gain weight, which is good, I just think you're going to want to lose some fat before cycling.
I honestly think you'll be much happier, in the long run, if you wait for 4-6 months until you cycle. Spend the next few months really zeroing in your diet and cardio regiment. If you drop 8-10% of your current 22% before starting, the final result will be way better, than if you began cycling now at 22%BF.
Complete your stats. Post your cycle history. You've been here almost 4 years and you can't share with us what foods have worked for you? Help us, help you....

You've provided so much information in your post I'm finding it hard to digest it all . I'll be back in 5 days with an answer ,
Be careful, I recommend 2 weeks of digestion to minimize water retention.
