They actually effected my work outs cause my for arms got so pumped my grip turned to shit it actually got painful and it wasn't even like that was what I was working I gotta get straps I broke my last pair so I've been not using any so that could have a part to play in it but there deff strong man the first time I tried them I didn't drink enough water took a piss in the morning and it was dark it actually freaked me out it made me really respect drol.... Cause I've taken winny and var dbol and never had nothing like that happen just drink alot of water
