Double stack vs Multiple Stack

Hey guys

Just want to talk about your experience and share my own experience on a double stack with the basics maybe test/Deca or a multiple compounds stack like maybe 4 compounds or more?

I definitely like to stick to the basics and just stack 2 compounds together because I feel much better when just using 2 compounds and the sides are a lot easier to combat then using like 4 compounds at a time.

For example inward running test/Deca/eq/dbol and sure the results where amazing but my BP went to the roof and I felt like sh*t and the fast weightgain was killing my cardio workouts.
Even my girlfriend told me to stop doing that because I affected our "nights".
So this was the point where I realized it's more then enough to stick with 2 compound and maybe gain lower weight but take care of your body.

Im sure in some situations and for pros who are in contest prep they need some more compounds to get that dry but still full look an Stage but at my point it's Not necessary so I will just run 2 injectable compounds in my cycles.

Sometimes I use an oral to kickstart a cycle or add HGH but my experience tells me it's much better to stick to the basics then using multiple compounds the sides just not worth it because the extra gains are not that much.

2 compounds and good diet is my way to go.

What do you prefer and why?

Rusty may disagree here but why not just bump your test up and add some provi. Make sure you have an ai available. If your not doing a show why bother. Think about your hematocrit to. Deca and Eq is not a good combination for that. I would be interested to see your results. Throw up a pic.

Sure I'll keep u updated.

The picture is my back 3 days ago and I'm still off since 4 Month.
Stats are up to date but not sure about the bf could be a little higher I just looked at pictures and my body I wasn't on the bf scale.

I will jump back on the train in about
3 weeks and will post before/after pictures.

But before I jump back on I need to get some things clear about my meal plan .

Maybe u can take a look at the last posts and help me out getting this meal plan in the right way.

That test Deca eq cycle was in the past. I'm off right now.

You can achieve synergies with certain compounds... just not the way people think.
Eg. Test plus test derivative plus test based oral plus some other form of test... = a mess.
But test plust a dht for example, can lead towards optimal free test levels via the synergistic dht (provi for e.g.) mitigating the effects of an eventual rise in shbg and other andro effects like full prostate etc.

People just dont want to get it; that multiple stacks of derivs of the same thing leads to the 1 compound with the highest binding affinity winning, making the others redundant and seeking other ways to metabolise... like conversion to estrogen... aka side effects. But again... there are levels and thresholds and individual metabolisms to consider. Not to mention swap out protocols and pulsing protocols.

Ok i know what you mean.
Maybe I need to use different way to talk.

But English isn't my mother tongue so it's still not that easy for me to get everything on the paper like I mean it.
But I'm working on my English skills too.

So now back to topic:

I know failing here can or will follow you the rest of your life.
But I'm here to learn that's it. I did some cycles already and also fckd up some cycles because I just did what others sod to me in the gym.
But I worked on this and today I know a lot about cycles, compounds, how they treat your body, recovery time, macros, PCT, training plan/split, meals etc.
But if I say I know lot it's maybe just not enough for you.
I don't know how long ur in this game but I'm just in since maybe 4-5 years and if you be honest ... everyone started with no to low knowledge and trying to figure things out.

And I know I could have a lot more size/physics/muscles if I did research earlier instead of doing what these guys at the gym where saying.
But I worked my way up to 106kg it's not that much at the size but I'm not one of these little guys trying to use AAS to get muscles and think they do all the work.

And I'm one of these lucky guys and never had gyno problems trust me if I'm not one of these guys I definitely got bitctis back when I did my first cycle

Maybe your stats are not up to date?

Because I'm 6 cm higher then you and 16kg ( bodyfat going up) but I don't feel ready for competitions and I don't think I get there within the next few years :/

What class are you in?

I use testosterone to build my physique because it works better than most stacks. It's affordable too. 2 compounds 1 oral too here. I refuse to spend the money on 19 different drugs that are less potent as test. I do more cardio to cut less to bulk.

I normally do cardio the same doesn't matter if I'm Bulli g or cutting. Maybe 5 minutes less a day if I'm not gaining weight on a bulk.

I like to manage all with my diet.
Because it's my job so I just try different things and try to find new healthy and delicious meals.

Too many people get caught up in the hype that the more types of compounds you pump into your body the swoller you will get. Just not the case unfortunately. Now when your body fat is uber low when going into a competion the various compounds all impart subtle differences to the physique which would never be observable to most people so there is really no point in running a crazy multiple compound stack if you are not in the position to benefit from it. Most people with a couple of cycles under their belt are best served just running test along with another compound based upon their particular goal and the reality is that most would be best served running test alone. People get caught up in the glamour of running all these different compounds thinking running just test is to boring for them.

Maybe you're right maybe I should go for another test only cycle again just to see how it feels.
I can't remember how a test only cycle feels :/

your cycles under the belt
Stats, age, physique
Gyno pro or not
Experience with compounds, each of them separately
Diet and training
Goals and motivation
And lots more...

For me personally only 2.. For now.

That's exactly what I think.

Good diet and hard training plus 2 compounds is enough for non pros or non competitive guys .

When I get to the point where I can go on stage I would also add some more compounds but just for contest prep.

I think for the rest is 2 compounds the way to go.

BTW I never had gyro problems even on high dose only problem is acne :/

Im a gyno pro!
Personally I’ve never ran more than 2-compounds at one time, besides using test prop along with test e/deca.
Sometimes simple is better

Shit gyno is the worst thing I can think about?

How did you get rid of it?
And ever thought about an operation.

A friend of me had worst gyno I've ever saw and he needed to get rid of his glandular tissue. ( not sure if this is the right word for what I want to say because English isn't my mother tounge)

Since then he never ever had any problems with gyno again.

But yeah it's hard to make decision like this just to use AAS....

My gyno was not severe, and now my plan is to lean put to see how bad that shit hit me. And then I found out my maximum test dosage weekly as well, doing one compound and tampering the dosage you can find the best results. Or go over your head and suffer.

Oh shit I feel sorry for you bro.

I get some bad acne on high test dose but I can handle it easy with low dose roa and even if I get the acne i will lose it after PCT gyno stays forever.

I personally run never more than 2 injectable compounds and an oral one (max. 2).

That's what I like
Orals i just use 1max. Sometimes I use dbol/oxy to kickstart a cycle but both just half the dose I would use when taking them alone.
