+ 2 First Scaredy Cat Cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
I was scared of side effects, testosterone suppression, etc. so I started with a very basic and low-dose cycle. I gained a modest 10 lbs of muscle. I didn't experience gyno side effects, so next time I am going to up my Test E dosage to 450mg/week, add Dianabol at 20mg/day for 4-6 weeks, and I will probably use an AI. I didn't get blood tests done during this cycle, so I am definitely going to get bloods done before, during, and after the next cycle.

I think you should find out how your body reacts to a bit higher dose of Test before throwing new compounds into the mix. I'd wait a while, keep eating and training, then after some time run 500mg/week Test only.
+1 for having the sense to start low and work up slowly

You got away with not needing an ai for last low dose cycle so you can't take the training wheels off yet. You really have no idea what you may need for estro control bumping your test dose up now and you want to throw dbol on top of that. You are playing with matches in pool full of gasoline.

I would advise running the test at that dosage alone 1st. The dbol can aromatize heavily and you, not knowing how to control it with test alone are going to be in for a potential roller coaster of stinging nipples if it gets out of control.

That’s pretty cool to have access to a DEXA scan that confirms you gained 10 lbs of solid muscle in 10 weeks. “Modest,” lol, weigh out 10 pounds of lean raw steak, stack them up, and tell me that’s a “modest” amount of muscle to put on in 10 weeks.
Give yourself more credit. You’re braver than I am, sucking all that nolvadex down throughout the entire cycle with no bloods. Good idea getting them next time.
