Just wanted to share my gains and losses.
So this is after first cycle on test.
Started with 74kg ended up 88kg kept 84kg.
Was doing lot of power exercises. And tying to eat more.
Its been 3minths now and yeah. The weight dropped from 88 to 84 and I'm struggling to keep it as it is.
Next one will be after few weeks, planning on doing test e for 10weeks, because of tight schedules.

Should have went air force haha. Jp but seriously, hit the gym 3 days a week. The days in between do sit ups and push ups till failure. So say monday workout. Then wends. Then take two days off and hit it Saturday. Rinse repeat

I'm a Sailor and my rotations are 10weeks sea /10weeks home. So I'm only able to workout when at home, never less to use some gear. U know it's hard to carry something overseas. And on ship there is limitations of what I can do.
So all I have is these ten weeks at home to do some cycle.
I was in the USN for 5 Year’s. There was no shortage of food

Never underestimate body weight workouts. Chins , pull-ups, push-ups and pistol squats all work well. Bring canned chicken and tuna. Good luck.

Yeah on vessel I have 12hour long work day and then after I'm free. But I'm morally and physically exhausted already. So gym is like. Fuuuuuckkk.
But when I'm home. Gym is the one thing I do every day. It's my life. All my time at home when I wake up in the morning first thing I do is think to myself. Ou yeah. After 4 hours I go to gym. Yesss. So I make food etc. Get myself ready.
At ship, there is no weekends it's 70days 12hours a day work. . Yeah. Day is by itself a shit. And after that shit to hit a gym e spend my last strength. But I do it. Still doing it. And be doing it until I can't anymore.
Wake up and do it before your shift. That’s what I do. There’s no such thing as a part time body builder. If it was easy everyone would be jacked. Think things through and be realistic. If your not fully committed your makeing a big mistake. Looking at your pictures there’s no need to use. These drugs work best when you’ve exhausted your natural potential. I could put 20 lbs on you in two months easy. Powdered milk is another option for you.
