I'm 7 and 8 weeks out from my show.

I'm 5'7" @ 175lbs

Coach just switch me to the following :
Tren Ace 100 eod
Mast Prop 100 eod
Anavar 50mg ed
Winstrol 50mg ed
T3 - waiting for his protocol
Clen - waiting for his protocol

I'm also going to be taking
Liver support
Milk thistle
Finestride
Arimadex

I'm shooting to get lean af. Keep getting my waist tight and smaller. I'm currently a 28" in my waist, goal is 26" - that'd be rad

Upon waking 50min cardio 5x week at 125-135 heart rateBefore breakfast drink the mix I gave you

  1. 8 egg whites
    1 whole egg

  2. 180g tuna in brine or any white fish
    Veg and salad as much as you need

  3. 160g chicken 
        30g ago and veg or salad

  4. 180g Kwan beef steak
    1 cups cooked basmati rice

  5. 180g chicken
        30g avo 
    Salad

PRE W/O: 30 min
15g cyclic dextrose
10g EAA( essential amino acids)
    10g glutamine
    2ml l- carnitine injectable 
    3G CREATINE HCL
    (sip on above mix slowly)
                         
Intra work out  
sip on this mix( finish 15 min before end of workout)
     40g cyclic dextrose 
     10g EAA
     15g BCAA

Post work out 
40g whey isolate
10g glutamine 

would love to hear your guys 2 cents on this. I'll be carb cycling now.

Why the propecia?Is because of the DHT compounds?I understand it protects prostate but can hender progress.

Yeah. Been doing homework on it for about a year, since my last comp. Didn't want to get on it without knowing what's up or enough info on it to know what I'm doing. As well as my coach in the corner helping me.

Yes, I'll be running orals for 4 weeks - 5 weeks max

I never exceed 4 or 5 weeks either. Orals give me the hebegebees haha scares the shit out of me quite frankly. Best of luck to you on your show!

I dont have anything I could add to help you but just wantd to tell you how rad it is that you said rad! Lol! I dont think I've heard anyone say that since 1986.

My brother, watch that liver like a hawk. 8 weeks of winny and anavar plus tren will be hitting it hard. Especially when you start cutting out water.

Several pieces of this protocol is confusing

The intra-workout is the most interesting part of this protocol for me. If your goals are to lean out tremendously then this intra-workout is counterproductive toward this goal. Instead of allowing stored body fat to fuel your workouts, you are forcing the body to use the dextrose and BCAAS as fuel.

That and literally only one meal with carbs , which is meal 4 with one cup. What is the point of one meal, once a day, with a mere 1 cup of rice? You are almost in pure Keto then out of left field 1 cup of rice comes in. Confusing.

I truly hope that you are questioning your coach at every turn combined with following up every recommendation and advice with your own independent research.

Yes, I question him as much as possible not because I question his knowledge. His resume speaks for him but I love to learn. I asked him the same thing hell be switching it up next week when I'm 6 weeks out. It's just something that my body responded amazing to it on my last show. Doing low carbs before he gets me to carb cycle.

Just hope my body responds to it just as well as last time if not we will adjust as needed.

Besides from the dextrose, seems like really low carbs for 8 weeks out, though. What's your bf?
