Or if you wish to keep that type of stuff to yourself, post some workout routines and training tips. Something that will help one or more of the members in some way. Hell some recipes might even get you a couple of points. Hope this helps, and above all STAY STRONG, Mind, body, and SPIRIT!

Wow I'm so grateful for all the positive feedback from everyone one!! It seriously means a lot to know a bunch of people I have never met truly care and have been so supportive, most of the support groups I have been to are a joke. Only reason I'm still living and breathing is my son. He is only 5 but has been my greatest reasons to keep going and strive harder everyday for a happy life no matter were we are. Never take life for granted its the most imaginable ways you could go or lose someone! Always take the great support to heart and discard the negatives cause it could honestly mean you living for dying! Seriously thanks guys!!
