Whoever is running this clearly isn’t cssso anymore which is sad, I won’t source cross point but everyone who’ll know what I’m talking about. Dealt with a lot of sources over the years, never had the cs I got handed to me yesterday. Simple enquiry about information they literally state they give with ever order. Told I was being a pain in arse, stop emailing and if you don’t like it go to another source. I just thought I’d check these boys out so I’d advise anyone to stay well clear, stick to the ones who we all know are first class.
Ordered from these boys, first came in little over a week which can be expected sometimes given the pressure on the mailing system right now. Banged in a bigger order off the back of that but it’s went a bit quiet tbh.

They're knocking out Atom labs 'eph 30+' tabs as if they were real eph hcl. The Atom tabs aren't even supposed to contain eph, it's intended as an ephedrine substitute and is a very very poor replacement.
Raises concerns over the rest of their products, especially as a lot of it seems to be short dated / out of date.
LlouxHands down shitest company I've dealt with, never responds to e-mails, refuse to give tracking numbers and lie about shipping date. f***ing joke. I've placed several orders over a couple of months but finally had enough of the shity service, don't get me wrong u will FINALLY get your order but for £5 postage it's a piss take. Thought I'd give them another chance and regretting it once again. Supreme steroids are by far the best company to deal with , next day delivery and no pissing about.

I'm looking to order from these guys. But I am unsure. I've messaged them on their advertised email address at anonymousspeech.com. just to enquire about stock but they have replied twice. So it's made me a bit wary.
Any advise on this as I do want to buy quite a bit from there.
These guys are great ,there customer service has went to the dogs the last couple of months ,
As I think Cssso is tied up with new site or whatever else is going on in his life,
Read all the highlighted messages on there home page, I order basically every week ,every time one lands I order again , I've noticed there bizz has went down and personally know people from eroids I have introduced have walked away because they haven't got the patience to wait a couple of days extra,
They always deliver and it's very rare any problems arise , when they do they are sorted,
I've had say 40+ orders in the last year , and not just a vial here and there ,over £200+ 90% of the time
If your UK to UK it usually comes around the 5-7 day range, although my last came in 3 days and now waiting on another which was payed for Tues, which was a surprise, maybe there there starting to take note as I notice the nose dive of orders through my order numbers,
Cssso please pay your bill and come on and show your still around ,it will assure a lot of new and old custom.
There products are always genuine, they always deliver ,and fix issues swiftly.

These guys used to be first class.. recently though they have put a mote on site that they wont reply to emails until 5 days after money is taken.. This is pretty bad customer service as you have no way of knowing if post has been dispatched and the note on the site is half way down home page and not all that obvious.
On top of this they just don't respond to orders or emails in general.
Good gear, always arrives.. but the attitude stinks!
Having the same problems. Items never arrive within the specified 2-5 days, by 7 days I still feel like I'm being a nuisance to email them despite them allegedly having "the best customer service".
Last order took 13 days to arrive and they lied about the dispatch date (easy to find the tracking number from RM when the product actually turns up).
Emailed them 5 weeks ago about a big order I was about to make, asking if I could pay extra for a speedier service. They never replied.
Fortunately there are much better domestic sources out there now.

Problem,
I think Cssso is tied up with the new site as he doesn't seem to be around,but saying that don't let this put anyone off, I've had about 30 or 40 orders in the last year, put another in today, not worried at all as I've got everything just fine, may take a couple of days longer than most but always deliver,
The shipped status I think is automated so don't rely on that date , you will notice that as soon as you pay the status immediately changes to processing,so I don't think there intentionally being dishonest,
No worries here, Cssso is a great guy and still in charge but shame he isn't around as much nowadays
Any issues get resolved,
Apart from about 20 orders I made in the first six months of dealing with these guys have disappeared from my order history but not worried , informed Cssso but no issue here ,just a bit strange, maybe a virus or something who knows
Your safe here , if you don't mind being patient and waiting that extra couple of days,

Error , meant to say processing not shipped , I got my latest order in 3 days , and my routine is as soon as a pack drops I put another order in as I did Monday there, so basically I order every week,
And if people would read the giant highlighted messages on there home page it might give you some insight in how they operate.

AnonHope you've already got it sorted but if not they're open again now so pop them a message. I'm sure they will deliver, have ordered from them plenty of times and have always received my items in full. Sometimes it just takes a little while.
AnonUsed OSUK a few times now and have received the product within 5 working days which has been acceptable, albeit on the latter end of their delivery frames. However payment cleared on one order 9 days ago and have yet to receive a product. Emailed over the weekend to enquire and was told they had posted it but they could not provide me with a tracking number at that time. Emailed again today as items still haven't arrived and haven't received a reply. Getting quite worried.
Used osuk a few times now, always prompt with a reply email with transaction details. Delivery of items always been 3 working days. Brilliant company with some good products which have all been effective and worked like they should. Will keep ordering with osuk.
