The other blood work i got was not a full panle like this one. My regular Dr. just wanted to test my lever since i started taking adderal :/ and i just had him ad test on there. So no, its doest show free test level :/ I should have asked for that one too.
As far as FSH and LH goes I dont know. It was 21 days after i ended my period. Not sure if that helps.

How much water are you drinking? Bun looks elevated
The only thing I drink is water. So I drink a lot. At least 4 16oz a day. What is Bun for?
It's an indicator of kidney function.
Does my blood work show it being off? Should I be drinking more water? Dont want my kidneys to fail on me too.

I would try drinking more water, and keeping an eye on it. Maybe mention it to your GP during your next checkup.
That is very low free test, and probably what is behind you feeling so crappy.
Do the estro FSH and LH numbers look right for the ovulation phase you were in?
You mentioned that the test level has jumped up to 25 on recent bloods. did you get a free test level too?

I'd start looking for a good clinic that can give you pellets.
Expect to pay $600 every 4 months of so.
Totally worth it, for the rest of your life.
