Order 24 days old and no action might be time for teship

please just a bit patience ... all is fine.
I wrote you already yesterday again a message in your order ticket, that your package is in transit to your country for 16 days. You placed the order 24 days ago, but the money had to be collected, a short 2 days restock issue and the order had to be packed as well. Regarding the delivery time, the average delivery time I wrote you as well several times is 12-14 days. So today, it's 17 days ... that is still normal. Sometimes the postal way takes some days longer, sometimes even less, unfortunately the postal way is not in our hands. There is absolutely no sign of a seizure now, the package is in transit and will arrive any day soon. A new status message will only be added to the tracker when the package arrived and is processed in your country. If there would be a seizure then there would have been already several other status messages. So brother ... all is fine. I can understand that you want your package yesterday if possible, just know we do our best to get all packages over to our customers fast and safe. It's 17 days now in transit, please just be a bit more patient. If we reship now, you will have 2 packages arriving. Other sources even just reship after 31 days. We even do it earlier once we understand there is a problem. But with our package there is no problem right now. I wrote that all to you yesterday in a PM, please answer in a PM or in the order ticket, no need to discuss it here. Thanks again for your patience, understanding and cooperation.
